Do you offer one-time support or only long-term packages?

We offer both. Choose from hourly Flow Hours (1-hour minimum), scoped project packages, or long-term retainer partnerships. Start where you are—whether you need a single lift or sustained support.

How do I know which service is right for me?

A 30-minute discovery call is the best first step. It’s designed to help you explore what kind of support aligns with your needs—no pressure, just clarity.

PAYMENT + POLICIES

How does billing and payment work?

To keep things clear and fair, here’s how billing works: - Hourly sessions: Paid in full at booking. Work begins only after payment + signed agreement. - Project packages: 50% deposit, balance due at milestones or delivery. - Retainers: Billed monthly in advance. Custom schedules available for long-term commitments. All terms are outlined in your agreement, and you’ll get reminders before any payments are due.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes—for packages and retainers, we offer: * 2-, 3-, or 4-part installments * Early payment discounts on some packages * Net 10 terms for approved nonprofits and aligned organizations Hourly services are billed upfront and not eligible for payment plans.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?

Life happens. Here’s our approach: - Hourly sessions: Reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice - Projects/retainers: Follow terms in your agreement (typically 7 days’ notice) - Deposits: Non-refundable, but may be credited toward future services in some cases We’re flexible—but firm on the boundaries that keep our work flowing well.
