Do I need to be available full-time? Nope! You choose how many hours you want to take on.
Are these employee roles? No. These are independent contractor positions. You’ll sign a contractor agreement, invoice us for your time, and be paid on a set cadence (biweekly, monthly, etc.)
Do you assign client work automatically? No. We’ll reach out when a project aligns with your tier, skills, and availability. You always have the option to say yes or pass.
What types of clients do you work with? We primarily partner with founders, creatives, coaches, nonprofits, and executives doing mission-aligned work.
